Defender Harry Toffolo bagged both goals at Carrow Road as Norwich City's youngsters booked their place in the last 16 of the FA Youth Cup.

After two postponements of the fourth round match, it was third time lucky for the young Canaries as they secured a home tie against Birmingham or Bristol Rovers in round five.

Toffolo headed Neil Adams' under-18 side in front following a 28th-minute corner from Josh Murphy, the Lions levelling in first half stoppage time through Jason Twum.

But it was Harry's game as the 17-year-old Toffolo struck again on the hour with an excellent header from Josh Murphy's cross to settle the contest.

After a low-key opening, there was an escape for the visitors on 13 minutes when a free-kick from Josh Murphy found the head of Millwall's Khan Oriogun and bounced on top of his own crossbar.

Jacob Murphy had a shot blocked as he worked his way into the Millwall area but the Canaries took the lead after 28 minutes through Toffolo.

Determined work by full-back Cameron Norman earned a corner and when Josh Murphy took the kick from the left, Kyle McFadden headed it back for Toffolo to head past keeper Tom Wellham.

Jacob Murphy almost added a wonderful second goal as a determined run took him through the Millwall ranks and his shot struck the inside of the post and rolled across the line and to safety.

Millwall's first effort of note came 10 minutes before the break when Conor Wilkinson struck a powerful free-kick that keeper Will Britt tipped over the top.

Jacob Murphy was then denied, not entirely convincingly, by Wellham, who shovelled his low drive round the post.

But completely against the run of play, the Lions levelled in first-half stoppage time with a splendidly-taken goal by Twum.

There seemed little danger but Twum turned on a sixpence to squeeze a left-foot shot just out of reach of Britt and inside the post.

Just on the hour, however, the Canaries regained the lead with another fine header by Toffolo.

Josh Murphy was the provider with a teasing cross from the left and Toffolo produced a glancing header that gave Wellham no chance.

With 20 minutes left, Wilkinson might have levelled as he weaved his way through but blasted his shot into the boards behind Britt's goal.

Substitute Rod Young flashed a shot wide for City with eight minutes left, and Reece Hall-Johnson struck the goal frame with a curling free-kick.
