Norwich City's superb season was officially recognised last night when three of their players were named in the Professional Footballers' Association League One team of the year. Central defender Gary Doherty, playmaker Wes Hoolahan and striker Grant Holt all made it into the elite eleven, chosen by their fellow pros.

Central defender Gary Doherty, playmaker Wes Hoolahan and striker Grant Holt all made it into the elite eleven, chosen by their fellow pros.
The team also includes three Southampton players in keeper Kelvin Davies, wide man Jason Puncheon and striker Rickie Lambert, the division's top scorer.
Leeds have two representives - Patrick Kisnorbo and Robert Snodgrass - as have Charlton - Frazer Richardson and Nicky Bailey - while free-scoring defender Ian Harte of Carlisle completes the line-up
