Norwich City are just eight games away from reaching what's been their main ambition for several months now.
They're eight games from Championship play-off qualification, from a mouth-watering semi-final across two legs, the opportunity to play in front of 90,000 fans at Wembley and ultimately attempt a record sixth promotion to the Premier League.
Starting the run that ends in either bitter disappointment or sheer excitement less than two months from now is a home meeting with Plymouth Argyle. The game is 12.5% of that journey, but it's taking up 100% of head coach David Wagner's focus.
"It's not how we approach it, it's not how we look at it," he said, asked if the Canaries' focus was on their remaining block of fixtures. "We only look at the next game, and this is what we've done in the recent weeks and months. I think this brought us into the situation which we are now in.
"All of us are super excited about what is now in front of us. We will not change this approach, and we will keep this exact approach going, and this means Plymouth.
"Their approach is quite similar (to when they beat Norwich 6-2 last September), and this is what I'm really looking forward to.
"We can show what the players have shown in the recent weeks and months, the steps we have taken. The steps in ball possession, in the counter-press, avoiding opponents' transition and being a threat ourselves.
"Because they are quite similar in their approach, it's up to us to show that we are much better than what we showed in the first game."
The game could also give Wagner a chance to reunite with Adam Forshaw and Bali Mumba, two former Norwich players whose time with the German was short-lived but he's hoping to see anyway.
"Forshy is a top guy, a super professional," the former Huddersfield boss said. "I'm not quite sure if he will be involved, obviously Bali is not involved as well. He was our player, even if I was only able to work with him in the pre-season.
"[Mumba] is not there because of his suspension so, if we see them, great to see them back. Even better if we see them when we've won the game, but at the end of the day it's all about the game."
The visitors are set to have England under-20 centre-back Ashley Phillips available after he returned from international duty early last week, with Alfie Devine, Conor Hazard and Ben Waine also avoiding injury with their countries.
Zimabwe international Brendan Galloway will link up with his team-mates in Norfolk after returning to the UK at 6am yesterday, while Forshaw is back in training and likely to feature.
Wagner will have more players to choose from than he did for the trip to Stoke two weeks ago, City's last game, with no players injured during the break and Shane Duffy completing his recovery from a muscular injury after nearly two months out.
That leaves Dimitris Giannoulis and Jonathan Rowe out until next month, with club captain Grant Hanley set to complete an individual fitness programme throughout April and Onel Hernandez likely out for the season with a broken foot.
Wagner was pleased by the progress made in the fitness department, however, as another wave of injury issues begins to subside.
"Luckily everyone came back healthy from the internationals, I've seen them all today," he continued. "Duffy has been back in training since Monday, so it looks like we have the same squad available plus Duffy, which is a good thing to have.
"[Rowe] is progressing, it would be a problem if not, but it takes time, as we said. He is a little bit closer than [Hernandez], but both of them are in and around the schedules we had in our heads as time frames."
