David Wagner feels it should be Norwich City's play-off chasing rivals feeling frustrated after this weekend and not his Canaries side, despite a 1-1 draw against Blackburn.
City were forced to share a point with Rovers after Marcelino Nunez's first half free kick was cancelled out by Dom Hyam's equaliser from a corner.
Norwich had an opportunity to make up ground after top six chasing rivals Coventry, Hull and West Brom all dropped points earlier in the weekend - but City couldn't make them pay with two points against John Eustace's side.
Despite disappointment over the result, Wagner feels it should be City's rivals feeling frustrated over this weekend, not his Norwich side.
"We have to make sure that we divide between the performance, which was a good one from my point of view - offensively we played some good football, played from our structure and defensively we put a shift in - and the result.
"It was an okay away performance," Wagner said. "I'm frustrated at the result, but not with the performance or general situation with other results - they should be more frustrated than us - nothing is decided today.
"The players have a good understanding and spirit. We didn't convert it today. We have another chance next Saturday."
Norwich were unable to recapture the attacking verve witnessed against Watford and Cardiff at Carrow Road last week in Lancashire.
Despite his assessment of the overall top-six race - Wagner conceded it felt like two points dropped, having led earlier in the contest.
"Of course (it feels like a missed opportunity). We missed two points which we would be able to get because of the performance we had. This happens," he said.
"Nothing is decided today, and we have a lot of games to play, and there are a lot of points to collect. It's only frustration about today that we weren't ruthless in both boxes. Especially in the opponents box with the opportunities we created, we should have scored more than one goal.
"Then, we concede from a corner. This is where the frustration comes from. Performance-wise, we are on the right track; I think everyone can see this consistently now. We have to keep going and believing in ourselves."
