Norwich City centre-back Ben Gibson replaces Andrew Omobamidele in one of two changes for the Canaries' Championship meeting with Birmingham this evening.
Marcelino Nunez also starts in place of the injured Josh Sargent, who is also set to miss Saturday's clash with Cardiff due to an ankle ligament ailment.
Finnish striker Teemu Pukki also misses out with a calf injury, having been absent from the matchday squad for Saturday's trip to Wigan Athletic.
He's replaced in the squad by January loan signing Marquinhos, who has recovered from a muscle injury and could make his debut for David Wagner's side.
Nineteen-year-old winger Jonathan Rowe is not expected to be a first-team option until mid-March, having returned to light training after an ankle injury.
The same is true of Przemyslaw Placheta (shin) and Sam Byram (hamstring), with Newcastle United loanee Isaac Hayden out long-term after a knee operation.
Max Aarons makes his 200th senior appearance in yellow and green, while former Norwich goalkeeper John Ruddy starts for the visitors.
