Ian Culverhouse cannot wait to get started on his summer improvement plan at King's Lynn Town.
The Linnets boss is looking forward to the summer as much as next season as he rebuilds a squad capable of challenging for promotion.
Goals from Toby Hilliard, Michael Clunan and Ryan Hawkins saw the Linnets come from a goal down at the interval to end the campaign on a winning note.
But straight after Saturday's final whistle, Culverhouse immediately turned his attentions to a critical close-season for the club.
Culverhouse said: 'I'm really looking forward to the summer. It's going to be hard and take a lot of work but we're ready for it.
'We've got to change a lot of people's mentality about the place and really drag the club forward.
'It's a great challenge. It's a lovely football club and a big football club, but I want to make sure that I get it right.
'The most important thing is about bringing in the right characters to compliment the core group that we've got here. If we do that, then I'm sure the club will take off.'
Culverhouse was delighted with Saturday's turnaround following an inept display in the opening 45 minutes.
Hilliard, with his first goal for more than three months, began the comeback before Hawkins completed it by breaking his duck for the club after arriving last November.
'The first half we were lacking energy and a bit of passion,' admitted Culverhouse.
'In the second half, fair play to them, they stepped it up and the energy we showed was a different class.
'We didn't show that much quality, it was about putting the ball in the right areas and squeezing behind it.
'The goals came at the right times today.'
