The Poole Runners member came home in 17:22 but despite his impressive time he was still not the first runner home - that honour went to Matt Pyatt (Renegade Runners) in 16:32. Lewis Saunders (Fenland Running Club) was third male in 18:00.

Sally Lynn Hurst was just a second outside of her personal best as she was first female home in 20:19 ahead of Lisa Pyatt (Renegade Runners) in 21:56. Mai Loram was third female in 22:19.

Stuart Graver marked his 200th parkrun with a fine time of 20:30 whilst youngster Toby Leigh Hayton should be proud of his time of 22:01 in his first ever parkrun.

Runners were grateful to the volunteers that made the event happen: Beryl Barber, Robert Barthlomew, Jon Benstead, Kyle Berry, Judith Berry, David Dimech, Michael Ennis, Terence Gamble, Jane Greenwood, Bridget Linda Plowright, Sandra Rhodes, Betty Schwarz, Debbie Schwarz, Jean Streeter, Reuben Webster, Andy Wicklen and Andy Williams.
