Martin Symons, 51, from Poringland, is taking on the challenge between Friday August 31 and Sunday September 2 in his four-wheeled contraption called a Boma - a quad bike-esque four-wheeled vehicle which allows those with a physical handicap to explore the great outdoors despite their disability.
Mr Symons is aiming his sights on the route in support of the Norfolk Disability Pride event happening at The Forum in Norwich between 10am and 4pm on September 16, which will celebrate the diversity of the disabled community.
He said: 'Each year I go away with friends on cycle rides but this year I thought I'd stay closer to home and do it a couple of weeks before the main event to promote disability pride.
Completing the task will be no mean feat for Mr Symons, who has done distances similar to the one he is attempting on August 31 before but over the space of about a week - not three days.
The campaigner, who also runs the Norfolk Independent Living Group, suffers from Klippel-Feil syndrome - which is characterised by the abnormal fusing of two or more spinal bones in the neck from birth.
Having suffered with the condition since birth, Mr Symons has dedicated a large part of his life to helping those with disabilities achieve the most they can out of life.
He said: 'I want disabled people to know that if they put their mind to it they can do so much with their life. I want to encourage people to be independent by doing this ride.'
Mr Symons' challenge will be the first of four major events happening in Norwich, which will also include a pre-event performance by The Garage Dancers on September 8 outside The Forum from 3-4pm.
An experimental performance created by Norfolk-based poet and disability rights campaigner Vince Laws will also be performed at Norwich Arts Centre on September 12 at 8pm, and on September 17 there will be an art show at St Margarets' Church in Norwich which will run daily until September 29.
