Some families are still waiting for items of school uniform from a city centre retailer, more than two weeks after the start of the new academic year.
The Schoolwear Centre, on Ber Street, Norwich, was besieged by angry parents at the end of the summer holiday after it was unable to provide many with items of clothing they had ordered weeks earlier.
Some are still waiting.
Tina Boulter said she had received a City of Norwich School (CNS) polo shirt and PE shirt for her son, but was still waiting for embroidered trousers.
She said: 'I had always defended them, but it has really knocked my confidence in them.'
CNS headteacher Jim Nixon said the school was sensitive to students who did not have a complete uniform because of delays at the shop, and no-one had been punished for this reason.
Graeme Bird, director of the business, said: 'We are aware of some customers that still haven't received their orders. We continue to work hard to get up to date and we are working with all of our contracted schools to ensure that customers receive up to date communication and that customers receive their order as quickly as possible.'
