Drivers who flout the use of bus lanes in Cromer will be targeted by the police.
The crackdown was started after concerned residents raised the issue at a Cromer Safer Neighbourhood Action Panel (SNAP) meeting.
Since the beginning of September, officers have fined 10 motorists who have been using the bus lane on Overstrand Road illegally.
PC Barrie Cresswell, Cromer Safer Neighbourhood Team beat manager, said: 'Illegal use of the designated bus lane increases congestion in the town and is a source of frustration to other road users.
'We take concerns from our residents seriously and are prepared to take action against those caught flaunting the laws of our roads.
'We hope this warning will make other road users think twice before using our bus lanes in the future.'
