Police in Norwich have vowed to keep up the pressure on people involved in illegal drug activity in the city.
The warning comes after four people were convicted for their role in supplying heroin and cocaine following the raid of a house in Motum Road in the city.
Uniformed officers and detectives forced entry the house and seized Class A drugs, heroin and cocaine, which had a street value of £4,240 along with £10,000 in cash.
Three people were arrested at the address while a fourth suspect was detained nearby. All were questioned by police and later charged in connection with the find.
Daniel Townsend, Angela Clarke and Francis Willers were jailed when they appeared for sentence last month after they each admitted two counts of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs in relation to heroin and cocaine following the raid in March.
Townsend, 21 of Waltham Row, Carshalton, Surrey, was jailed for two years and nine months; Clarke, of Motum Road, Norwich, was jailed for two years and two months and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £120 and Willers, 48 and also of Motum Road, Norwich, was jailed for two years and two months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £120.
Meanwhile, Maria Wickham, 31, and of Bethel Street, Norwich, pleaded guilty to two counts of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs in relation to cocaine and heroin.
She was sentenced to a total of 20 months imprisonment, suspended for 24 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £100.
Detective Constable Craig Turner of the force's tactical crime unit said the sentences, which comes just weeks after cash and heroin worth nearly a quarter of a million pounds was seized by police following raids in Norwich earlier this summer, should act as a warning to anyone thinking of coming to Norwich to deal drugs.
He said: 'The police and the courts take these offences very seriously, as this case demonstrates. We're committed to tackling illegal drug activity in order to protect communities from the associated crime and anti-social behaviour this can bring.'
Anyone concerned about illegal drug activity should contact police on 101.
