Police have released description of a man believed to be responsible for the attack of the Armed Forces' Careers Office in Magdalen Street.
A white man with a shaven beard and wearing a dark jacket was seen to cause extensive damage to the front windows of the office before crossing Colgate and heading towards St Clement's Church.
The incident took place at around 2.30am on Monday, April 20.
Further enquiries have revealed the offender is believed to have used a heavy object rather than a firearm as previously thought.
