A West Norfolk man has charged by police with wildlife offences after selling animal skulls online.
John McCabe of Sedge Drove, Ten Mile Bank, was charged on Wednesday with selling a saltwater crocodile skull, contrary to the Control of Trade in Endangered Species Regulations; three counts of selling a crab-eating Macaque skull, and two counts of possession of cannabis.
It comes after a warrant was carried out at an address in Sedge Drove, Ten Mile Bank, on Wednesday February 10 with the help of the National Wildlife Crime Unit.
It is understood the skulls were imported to Norfolk from Asia and then sold online.
The 36-year-old has been bailed to appear at King's Lynn Magistrates' Court on Thursday May 12.
