The jurors who will try a man accused of the murder of a Norwich mother of two have been sworn in.
Kerri McAuley, 32, was found deceased at a property in Southalls Way on Sunday, January 8 this year.
Joe Storey, 27, who is Ms McAuley's former partner, is to go on trial at Norwich Crown Court having denied her murder.
Five women and seven men were sworn in this morning and will try the case which is to open at 2pm today.
Storey, whose address held by the court, is Murrells Court, St John Street, Norwich, appeared in the dock dressed in a black T-shirt and blue jeans.
Tributes poured in following the death of Ms McAuley who was described as 'beautiful inside and out'.
Her heartbroken family issued a statement thanking family and friends for their support following Ms McAuley's death.
Her mother, who described Ms McAuley as 'the most awesome and everything mummy', said: 'The love and support displayed by her family and friends is overwhelming and immensely comforting.'
