Simon Power is the latest Norwich City player to return early to his parent club, after ending a planned season long move to Scottish Premiership Ross County.
Power joined the likes of Rocky Bushiri and Louis Thompson in heading back to the Canaries after making only four senior appearances north of the border.
The Republic of Ireland youth international signed a new Carrow Road deal earlier this year keeping him in Norfolk until at least 2021.
The 21-year-old has yet to make a senior appearance for Norwich since moving from Irish side UCD in 2018. Power did spend time on loan in Holland at FC Dordrecht last season.
City head coach Daniel Farke, speaking on Friday about Bushiri and Thompson's recalls, confirmed the club would be seeking fresh loan opportunities in the January transfer window.
"It's quite normal that loans are successful when there is a lot of game time. But when they don't have a lot of game time it is definitely the right decision to bring them back and search for some other solutions," he said.
