A gym outside Norwich is set for investment after a change of ownership.
The Carrefour health club at Longwater has been bought by the Bannatyne Group, and becomes the 67th site in the chain's portfolio.
The group said it would be investing in a new studio and new equipment at the gym, which will be rebranded as Bannatyine health club Norwich West.
Justin Musgrove, chief executive of the Bannatyne Group, said: 'The Carrefour health club is a perfect fit with our portfolio, including our existing club on the east side of Norwich [at St Andrew Business Park], and already provides an excellent health and fitness experience.'
He added: 'We already have plans in place to upgrade the facilities and by the end of the year a major refurbishment will have been completed.'
The club has about 1,600 members and employs 14 staff.
