A Norwich software company has been named among the winners of a royal prize for training employees exceptionally.
Epos Now, based in Whiting Road on Norwich Business Park, has been awarded a Princess Royal Training Award for successfully linking skills development to business performance.
The Future50 firm, one of 40 winners, will receive its prize in a ceremony due to take place this autumn after being chosen by Princess Anne and a panel of seven leading business figures.
Other recipients included BAE Systems, which employs 270 staff at RAF Marham, Barclays and Royal Bank of Scotland.
Epos Now was founded by former mobile phone salesman Jacyn Heavens in 2011 and is targeting £30m turnover by the end of the year.
The firm, which also has offices in Orlando and London, was named Business of the Year at the EDP Business Awards last year.
