A holiday resort on the Norfolk/Suffolk border has unveiled new additions to its accommodation stock.
As part of a £90m investment by Center Parcs across its five UK resorts, its Elveden Forest park has seen the construction of three new waterside lodges – the first accommodation to be built at the edge of the main lake.
The family-sized lodges have three bedrooms, two with private balconies, and outdoor hot tubs.
Alongside the lodges 51 new waterfront apartments, offering self-catering or standard accommodation, and three executive lodges, sleeping up to six people, have also been built as part of the redevelopment.
Nicky Richardson, general manager of Center Parcs Elveden Forest, said: 'Our guests love that the fact that when they come to Center Parcs with their family, they stay in a stylish lodge surrounded by nature. These new waterside lodges take the connection to nature to a new level, perched on the water's edge, in the heart of the forest.'
