Norwich's Toys R Us store will close its doors for the final time today.
The Norfolk branch is among the final shops to be closed following the embattled chain's collapse into administration in February.
In total 75 Toys R Us and Babies R Us stores across the country will close this month with 2,054 employees losing their jobs.
Administrator Moorfields has said it is working with the affected employees 'to ensure they receive the support they need' for redundancy and compensation payments.
The Ipswich branch at Copdock had its final day of trading yesterday.
The closures followed a hard-fought battle for Toys R Us' future which began in December after tough trading conditions and a pensions black hole left the chain on the brink. A restructuring deal reached with the pensions lifeboat offered temporary reprieve, but reports of a £15m tax bill looming over the company in February pushed it into administration.
