New figures have revealed the 10 cheapest streets to buy a home in Norwich.
The research was completed by Savills estate agents using Land Registry data about sales between July 2023 and July 2024.
The results show the cheapest streets are spread fairly evenly across the city.
Recorder Road, off Prince of Wales Road, is the most affordable street, with a home costing buyers around £112,000.
It is closely followed by Baxter Court and Bentley Way, in the Mile Cross area, where properties cost £120,000 and £127,000 respectively.
The other streets on the list are Rouen Road, Ingram Court, Glendenning Road, Scott Road, Ber Street, West Pottergate and Templemere.
Natalie Howlett-Clarke, joint head of residential sales at Savills in Norfolk, said it is important to remember these results are averages.
"The average house value tends to reflect the type of properties that are on that street," she explained.

"For example, if there is a larger home in good condition, it will likely increase the value of the whole street, whereas if there’s a block of flats where properties are smaller the average price will be lower."
She added other influencing factors include its size and proximity to facilities such as schools and parks.
