A three-car crash led to the closure of a city junction.
Police were called to Surrey Street and All Saints Green outside Norwich Bus Station at around 6pm following the crash.
Three police cars could be seen closing off the junction with many officers on the scene waiting for vehicle recovery.
A resident on the street said: "We heard a big bang but thought it was someone dropping something down the stairs until we heard sirens."
No one has been seriously injured but the fire services have also been contacted.
The road has since been cleared.
