A woman in her 70s was stranded off the Norfolk coast with her three dogs.
She found herself cut off by the tide at Thornham as night fell on Friday.
Hunstanton RNLI volunteers were paged just after 4.15pm and quickly launched the inshore lifeboat Spirit of West Norfolk.

Four crew members were on board.
They travelled around five miles to Thornham Harbour and located the woman and her pets.
They were returned to shore and handed into the care of HM Coastguard.
