A gold-winning Paralympian is set to mark the beginning of the festive period at a town's Christmas lights switch-on.
William Ellard, who won two golds and one silver medal at the Paralympic Games in Paris, will be on stage on Friday, November 29 to help switch on Beccles' lights.
He will be joined by the Pantomime characters from this year's Panto Peter Pan at the Public Hall, Beccles Carnival princess and prince, and Beccles mayor Colin Hill.
The onstage entertainment will begin at 5.30pm and the town will light up at 6pm.
There will be street stalls, food, children's rides and more for families to enjoy.
