A woman has revealed how she continues to live in fear after her former partner sent her multiple death threats.
Nathan Coates, 33, bombarded his ex with a string of increasingly threatening messages over a two week period.
Norwich Magistrates’ Court was told the first message she received on December 30 last year threatened: “I’m coming around to f****** sort you out”.
The following day he texted: “You cut your wrists yet, Four-eyes?”
In a subsequent text he warned “I’ll paint your house red with your blood” while another stated “just be careful on the school run tomorrow that’s all I’m saying”.

In a statement his victim told the court she was still scared and fearful of what he might do and had been made to feel worthless by his "cruelty, manipulation and lies".
Coates, of Goodhale Road in Norwich, pleaded guilty to malicious communication.
He was sentenced to a 24 month community order with requirements to do 150 hours unpaid work and 20 rehabilitation days.
He was also made subject of a 12 month restraining order.
