A town's pool is set to reopen after being closed for more than a week while work was carried out in its ceiling.
Dereham Leisure Centre closed its swimming pool almost two weeks ago for "precautionary safety reasons" to carry out work to "internal fixings in the roof void".
The trouble started when an emergency light fitting became defective and led to further investigations.
The centre then found there was deterioration on other fittings in the pool hall.
It closed the pool to "remove any risk of fittings falling from a height".
Work on the roof has since been completed and the pool is set to open to the public as planned on from 6am on Thursday, November 28.
A spokesman for the centre said: "Our swim term timetable will run as normal. We apologise again for any inconvenience the pool closures have caused."
Credit for swimming lessons and swim only memberships will be given in line with the centre's terms and conditions and the value of the credit will be determined once the pools reopen.
