A 32-year-old man has been fined £200 after he was captured dumping a broken-up wardrobe.
CCTV footage caught the man dumping his rubbish near the communal bins in the George Street car park at the bottom of Broad Row in Great Yarmouth.
The man was seen on film making several trips to dump the wardrobe just before 11am on October 13.
The bins which should only be used by people living in the area have become a regular target for fly-tipping.
Other items dumped at the site recently have included furniture, mattresses, settees, tables and chairs.

Councillor Paul Wells, Great Yarmouth Borough Council’s portfolio holder for Environment and Sustainability, Licensing and Waste, said: “Residents in the area repeatedly suffer at the hands of people illegally dumping waste close to their bins.
‘’It is unsightly, attracts gulls and vermin who rip bags and is expensive to clear.
"We know people are working so hard to keep their communities tidy and, where possible, we will always prosecute people who have no consideration for others and the environment.’’
The man was interviewed under caution and after admitting the offence was fined £200 under section 33 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
As he paid it early, the fine was reduced to £110.
