Land in a picturesque rural location is set to be auctioned off next month.

People have the chance to own agricultural/amenity land next to a farm in Topcroft - in South Norfolk, near Bungay - as it goes up for sale.

With the parcel of land measuring 8.9 acres, it will go under the hammer at an online auction on Wednesday, December 11.

It states: "It is broadly rectangular in shape with mature hedging and ditching to the boundaries with vehicular access available from Rectory Road.

"Until recently it has been farmed for wheat and is therefore ideal for arable farming or grassland.

"It also may be suitable for a range of alternative uses subject to planning permission.

"There is mains water to the site."
