A city restaurant is set to host a month-long pop-up serving gooey raclette cheese and bottomless mulled wine this Christmas.
Daisy Larkan, who owns First Draft Kitchen alongside her husband Dan, has revealed their plans for the festive period.
The city spot has made a name for itself by hosting different chefs and pop-ups every month since opening in June.
Daisy explained: "We wanted to do something cosy and festive that wasn't a roast.
"Raclette is rustic and traditional and will involve giant melting wheels of cheese all around the restaurant.
"People seem to be very excited about it."
Raclette is a Swiss cheese designed to be melted into a goo and scraped directly from the wheel onto a diner's plate.
The cheese will be served with a range of traditional Alpine foods, including charcuterie boards, bread, roasted vegetables and potatoes. There is also a vegan option available.

While the shop normally hosts guest chef pop-ups, this will be steered by Daisy herself, a self-proclaimed "raclette obsessive" who used to live above a raclette shop in Paris.
Alongside the cheesy treat will be the options for diners to enjoy bottomless mulled wine.
Daisy said: "It's very Christmassy, lots of fun and something a bit different.
"December is already looking like it will be a busy month for us.
"We've built up a real momentum and have been so lucky to have a community of people who keep coming back."
First Draft Kitchen opened in the former home of Al Dente in the Norwich Lanes in June and has hosted several guest chef pop-ups, including Chim Chim Thai, Gochi Gochi Afro-Caribbean food and Mal Del Puerco Mexican food.
Diners will be able to enjoy a month of raclette cheese and mulled wine between December 5 and 28.
