Plans to open a therapy room in a spare bedroom have been given the go-ahead.
James Barford has been given planning permission to change the use of a bedroom in a bungalow in Downham Market.
A design statement said he hoped to operate a small, home-based business from the property on Low Hatter's Close.
"The availability of soft tissue therapy services in the heart of a residential community promotes healthier lifestyles and well-being," it added.

"Such therapy services can aid in physical recovery, relieve pain, and enhance the overall quality of life for local residents."
A planning officer's report said the business would open from 9am - 6pm, with one person visiting at a time.
Downham Market Town Council supported the application.
Soft tissue treatment is a form of physiotherapy that can be applied to injuries of muscles, tendons and ligaments.
