Norfolk's libraries have been supporting National Tree Week by hosting tree-themed events.
They were part of 200 libraries across the country marking the event from November 23 to December 1.
The libraries featured tree-themed displays, reading lists, and distributed free tree bookmarks.
National Tree Week marks the beginning of the winter tree planting season.
Sara Lom,the Tree Council CEO, said: “We are delighted to be celebrating National Tree Week, which provides a fantastic opportunity for all of us to come together for the love of trees.
“Trees and hedgerows help us tackle climate change, provide homes for wildlife, improve our health and so much more.
"We need to help them back and by getting involved, you’ll be part of growing a greener, tree-filled future for all of us."
The Tree Council's official National Tree Week webpage featured more than 100 planting opportunities, events, talks, and tours.
Norfolk and Norwich Millennium Library, Poringland Library, and Stalham Library hosted tree-themed displays.
These included activity booklets, posters, colouring sheets, special National Tree Week bookmarks, and tree-themed reading lists.
