A beach-side bungalow above a boat store could be replaced by a larger property.
West Norfolk Council has received plans to demolish the existing two-bed property beside Heacham North Beach.
It would be replaced by a two-storey house with the same number of bedrooms if proposals get the go-ahead.

Planning papers say: "The project comprises the removal of existing pre-fabricated bungalow home and supporting brick and block sub structure, and it’s replacement in the form of a new replacement brick and block structure.
"The proposed first floor level for habitable accommodation is established at the same level as the sea defence wall."
A flood risk assessment says the developer should ensure occupants of the new property are aware of the flood risk and sign up to the Environment Agency's warning system.
A decision from West Norfolk Council is expected next year.
