Greater Anglia has held a special event to mark International Men's Day.
The train operator welcomed its workforce to its Norwich offices for the event on November 19.
The gathering centred on the importance of men's mental and physical health, support networks, and the perceived stigma around seeking help.
The day was filled with interactive presentations and sessions from both internal and external speakers.
External guests included Optima Health, which emphasised the significance of good mental and physical health, and Airborne Fit, a company founded by ex-Paratrooper, Luke Read, who elaborated on the value of positive mental health and physical training.
Dan Somers from the charity MANUP? also held a session, raising awareness about men's mental health.
Greater Anglia leaders took the opportunity to speak to attendees about the company’s wellbeing handbook, which is filled with useful resources.
They also hosted sessions about financial awareness, pensions, and safeguarding training.
Greater Anglia’s managing director, Martin Beable, said: “A large proportion of the Greater Anglia workforce is formed by men, and we care about their wellbeing, health, and future."
