Yalm in The Royal Arcade is home to various kitchens operated by local businesses.
Until now, two of the bars, which serve craft beer, wines and spirits, have been run internally.

From this week, that has gone up to three as Yalm has taken on the space on the ground floor previously occupied by Folks Coffee Co.
Dan Searle, operations director, said: "We really enjoyed working with Folks Coffee Co and they did a great job on the ground floor.
"Yalm was always about providing a platform for young businesses to launch and grow and they have some really exciting plans in north Norfolk."
Yalm's new ground floor bar is now open and they have collaborated with various local businesses.

The offering includes Strangers coffee, Figbar bakery items and Finnie's Juice Bar drinks.
The cocktail menu has also had a revamp and there are plans for events on the ground floor, including local brand collaborations, parties and DJs.
