Plans for a new holiday let in a coastal village look set to get the go-ahead.
West Norfolk Council's planning committee has been recommended to approve plans for the property at Thornham, near Hunstanton, when it meets on December 2.
Janie Thompson applied to build the one-bedroom property next to her existing No 33 Cottages business on the High Street.
A business plan submitted to the council said it would be marketed to her existing customer base.
A planning officer's report said the single-storey property would have one double bedroom.
It adds that, unlike other nearby coastal communities, Thornham does not have a neighbourhood plan which stipulates any new development must be a principal residence.
Thornham Parish Council objected on grounds of over-development.
But the officer's report concludes: "The scale, design and materials proposed for the scheme are all appropriate and sympathetic to the character of the area."
