A donation of £1,000 has been given to an "amazing" organisation to help those faced with homelessness.
Trinity Rotary Club gifted the money to the Purfleet Trust in King's Lynn after deciding to provide additional support from their share of funds raised at an annual charity day.
Trinity president John Thorpe said: “It is the wish of the club that we help the Purfleet Trust.
"They are an amazing organisation which has grown over the 30 years they have been active in Lynn.
"In that time, they have developed a range of services including food and charity shops and finding accommodation for homeless people.
"What is particularly striking and commendable is their emphasis on homeless prevention."

The trust's chief executive, Paula Hall, thanked the club for their contribution and stated that half of the donation will be used for the Purfleet Pantry in South Lynn.
She said: "Some years ago, the number of homeless in King’s Lynn was high but now, with the help of other organisations, we only have one or two and we will be hopefully helping them."
