A new sauna retreat is set to let guests relax and unwind in a "peaceful" escape to the Norfolk countryside.
The Sauna Retreat, a new getaway off Overwood Lane in Forncett St Peter, near Long Stratton, will offer a wood-fired sauna and an ice bath for up to four guests to relax in.
Owners of the business - Guy Burnett and Natalie Moggridge - designed the space as an escape "with just the sound of birds and the wind in the trees to transport guests away from technology and daily distractions".

Guests can even book a cosy shepherd's hut equipped with a log burner and dig into a selection of hot drinks and biscuits for that extra sense of comfortable seclusion.
Each sauna has its own cold shower and sheltered changing area as well as toilet facilities.
A spokesman for the retreat said: "During their sessions guests are free to explore the surrounding wildlife or just sit peacefully at their own private seating area, listening to nature, reading a good book or talking with friends."
