A hotel on the Norfolk coast is making waves as it is named among the UK's best.
The prestigious Top 50 Boutique Hotels 2024 list has been revealed and Titchwell Manor, near Brancaster, is ranked at number 38.
It is the only place in Norfolk to feature and The Newt in Somerset clinched the number-one spot.

Titchwell Manor, which has 28 bedrooms, has been owned and run by the Snaith family since 1988.
Its restaurant has held three AA Rosettes for culinary excellence since 2013.
Eric Snaith, executive chef-owner, said: "We are thrilled to have gone up 12 places on the list and be right next to Le Manoir aux Quat Saison in Oxford.
"This is such a great award as it is anonymously and independently judged by industry experts - it is such a thrill!"

The guide said about Titchwell Manor: "The former Victorian farmhouse offers a combination of tradition and contemporary throughout.
"But its most impressive offering is the stunning, uninterrupted views across open marches and out to the North Sea. Breathtaking."
