Owners, Andrew Talbot and Simon Kerr, started their journey in London, with Andrew working in public health and Simon in luxury hospitality.

After craving a change in lifestyle, pace and purpose, the pair bought a holiday home in Cornwall, where they owned and operated a café. Wittles is a readymade business, with a fully operational café, a loyal local customer base, as well as many tourists and leisure visitors.

Stairs from the café lead to the apartment, which has an abundance of character features such as exposed beams, sash-style windows and a log burner.
