Owners, Andrew Talbot and Simon Kerr, started their journey in London, with Andrew working in public health and Simon in luxury hospitality.
After craving a change in lifestyle, pace and purpose, the pair bought a holiday home in Cornwall, where they owned and operated a café. The ground floor houses the café, which can seat up to 26 diners and has a kitchen, two WCs, an office and a storage room.
Stairs from the café lead to the apartment, which has an abundance of character features such as exposed beams, sash-style windows and a log burner.

The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances and a range of base and wall units. The large, open-plan living/dining room offers views overlooking the village green.
There are three bedrooms, with one currently used as a snug/TV room that leads to an oak-framed conservatory.

Castle Acre is around five miles from the market town of Swaffham, and just over 15 miles to Kings Lynn, which has a wide range of amenities including supermarkets, a hospital and retail facilities, along with transport links to London Kings Cross via Kings Lynn train station.
