People in a market town are still asking about what could be in store for their former Wilko site.
Wilko had been a part of Dereham's high street for more than 18 years before it closed in September 2023.
Dencora, who owns the property, said the company is still "actively marketing" the site.
Although the premises remains on offer for rent, it has not been neglected and often plays host to monthly maker's markets, which began earlier this year.

Some people in Dereham have made suggestions as to what they would like to see move into the premises.
Jean Sexton, 76, is concerned the premises is still empty and suggested the area could do with some more fashion stores.

She said: "I am concerned because we need more for Dereham.
"On the one hand, we do need a DIY store but on the other, maybe something like a Primark so that it also appeals to more of the younger generations."
Jackie Hart does not want to see another vape shop in the town.
She said: "We need something a bit more upmarket like the Range or a Next maybe but definitely not another vape shop."
Harry Clarke, Dereham Town councillor, said: "I know the site was looked at by Lidl but it wasn't large enough for their proposed use.

"It would be good to see as many shops as possible and which can attract more people, especially as there is nearby shopping parking."
A Dereham Town Council spokesman said: "It's a shame to see the old Wilko site empty.
"It would be nice to see it buzzing with commercial activity again as it has a great deal of potential given its location along one of the town’s busiest streets."
There will also be two Christmas markets in the site, which have been organised by Apollo Events.
They will take place on November 30 and December 14 from 10am to 4pm in the empty unit.
