An Albanian national has admitted being involved in a cannabis factory found in a home near Norwich.
Ali Tota, 62, had been charged with producing a controlled class B drug and abstracting electricity (an offence which involves dishonestly using, wasting, or diverting electricity).
It followed the discovery of around 150 plants at a home in Windsor Park Gardens, Sprowston, following a police raid on October 22.
Tota, of no fixed abode, was arrested at the scene. He appeared at Norwich Crown Court this week, where he spoke through an Albanian interpreter.
Andrew Oliver, prosecuting, said it had been a "commercial scale cannabis grow" and added that it was "likely the plea is acceptable".
Matthew Sorel-Cameron, who represented Tota, said the defendant had played a lesser role.
Recorder Michael Turner listed the case for sentence on Friday (November 22) by which time the prosecution will have reviewed the case and decided whether the pleas are acceptable.
