A food stall on Norwich Market which has served customers for nearly a decade is for sale.
Located in Norwich Market Cocina Mina, which specialises in authentic Chilean food, recently went up for sale for £35,000.
The business, which has been on the Market for seven years, is said to have an annual turnover of £110,000 while rent is listed as £14,940 yearly.
Appearing on Rightbiz, it is said to present "a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs, in a prime location, which makes it a standout in the area".

Launching in 2017 by Ana Bridgman the stall was taken on by Catia Rocha, 41, and Callum Jones, 23, alongside Daniela Cavaco, 20 in September last year.
The stall is currently open Monday to Saturday, from 11.30am to 3pm.
Cocina Mina is known for its Empanadas - a large filled pastry originating from Chile - filled with spiced beef, chicken and chorizo, or a range of roasted vegetables.
In 2022, Sir Toby's Beers went into partnership with Cocina Mia and opened a seating area at stalls 154 and 161 in the former home of Barry's of Norwich.
