Meet the Dalmatian up for adoption at West Norfolk RSPCA

Pongo arrived at West Norfolk RSPCA after his owners experienced a change in circumstances.

Pongo came to us from a home with a change in circumstances and is now looking for his forever home. Being a baby he will need someone who is able to take on this breed and continue with his basic training. He appears to be good with the other dogs at the centre and has melted all the staff and volunteers hearts. He can be shy when first meeting people so a nice gentle home to settle him in is best, giving him time to let his bonkers nature out! He loves attention and it would probably be best in the beginning if his new owners were home most of the day to settle him in. Pongo will want at least a couple of decent walks a day along with play time in a decent sized, secure garden. We’re sure he will melt all of your hearts too! Pongo is 10 months old (Image: West Norfolk RSPCA) At 10 months old he is still a puppy and will need someone who can continue with his basic training.

Staff say he can be shy at first so he will need a nice gentle home to settle in before he can let out his "bonkers nature".

He gets on well with the other dogs at the centre (Image: West Norfolk RSPCA) Dalmations require a lot of exercise and training so Pongo's new owners will need to be able to give him a couple of decent walks a day along with play time in a decent-sized, secure garden.

Pongo gets on well with the other canines at the centre so there is the potential for him to live with other dogs in his new home. 

While he can live with children aged 10 years and above, it is not yet known whether he would be able to live with cats.
