Work has finally been completed on installing 43 beach huts along Great Yarmouth's seafront.
The huts sit on a stretch of the popular promenade on the Esplanade, parallel to North Drive and just south of the restored Venetian Waterways.
The plans for them were drawn up by the borough council and approved in September 2022, with original hopes for a quick turnaround and opening the following summer.

Initially, they will be offered on an annual hire basis from April to March each year costing £2,260 per annum.
A purpose-built base for the huts has been constructed and they are recessed on a bespoke platform with views over the dunes, sandy beach and out to sea.
There is also a dedicated amenity block to serve the huts and people leasing them will be allocated a key.
Borough councillor Graham Plant said: ''They will be a real asset on our seafront and will be a valuable addition for those who want to make the most of all the beach has to offer in Great Yarmouth.
"We are really pleased with the outcome and how good they look."
