An arrest has been made after a firework exploded within a busy crowd at a popular Bonfire Night event injuring several people.
A man in his 20s was arrested this morning in King’s Lynn on suspicion of assault following the incident at the Fawkes in the Walks display on November 1.
He was taken to King's Lynn Police Station for questioning where he remains.
Attendees at the event - organised by the Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk -were left injured and shocked after the rocket entered the crowd from outside the official council display.

Four people who suffered injuries to their hands and necks received treatment from paramedics and a doctor at the scene.
A woman who suffered burns to her hands was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for further treatment.
Louise Turner, who attended the event with her family, said the rocket had narrowly missed her and her baby's head.
