A new car boot sale will be taking place in a Suffolk town in a campaign to "counter social isolation and bring people together".

The Church Institute in Brandon in north-west Suffolk will be running its first-ever car boot sale on Monday, November 18.

The event will be split between its indoor venue at St Peters Centre, in London Road, and the car park outside.

We believe events like this are a great way to do that!

"Plus, the funds for the event will be going towards our other services such as our community lunches, over 40's youth group and Christmas day meal - which all help to support people when they feel alone at times."

The car boot will take place from 7pm to 9pm and it costs £10 to book a table.
