A school bus carrying six children overturned into a water-filled ditch this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to Garden Lane, at the junction of Leverington Common, in Wisbech just after 5pm following reports of the incident.

The children were rescued from the bus and are not believed to be injured but the driver suffered minor injuries and will be taken to hospital as a precaution.
The nearby Station Road is expected to remain closed well into the evening and motorists are being advised to find alternative routes.
