A man who wants to build a stable has been given starter's orders after his plans were approved.
Mr Crossley, the applicant, submitted plans to build a "stable with tack room and food store" at Briningham House off Dereham Road near Fakenham.
The property was dubbed the most expensive home sold in Norfolk in 2015.
The plans outline the development of a building with six stables and an archway, as well as a new track to access the facility, which have been approved.
