A veterinary practice has trebled its workforce as it gears up to mark its first anniversary.
Dereham Vets, which opened in the town last year, will be a year old later this month.
Flo Scott opened the independent practice on Shipdham Road with a team of six, which has now grown to 21.
Mrs Scott described the last year as a "steep learning curve" as she has navigated recruiting the right people.
She said: "We've been very lucky to have people who come to us through word of mouth and lots of people send their applications so choosing the right people has been a challenge.
"But the team we have now is a skilled, balanced and happy one."
She feels proud of the efforts her team keeps up its "friendly service" to make sure the practice remains part of the community.
She said: "We have happy clients that really appreciate what we're offering them."
To celebrate its anniversary, Mrs Scott said there will "lots of cake" and that the team will be treated to fish and chips on the night.
