The plans for King's Lynn's 2024 Christmas lights switch-on have been revealed.
The celebrations will take place on November 24 and be based around a stage in the Tuesday Market Place, where Soul Sisters, the St Martha’s School Choir, Simon Rowe from Radio West Norfolk and Vex will perform sets of festive favourites.
Between midday and 4pm a children's lantern-making session will be held inside The Place in New Conduit Street and from 2pm the East Angles Brass Band and Glitter Belles will be on hand to provide street entertainment.
Cinderella will take a break from the Corn Exchange's pantomime to meet and take photos with locals from 3.30pm and a lantern parade will make its way through town from 4.20pm.

The parade will end at the Tuesday Market Place stage before 5pm when the mayor, Paul Bland, and Cinderella will officially switch on the lights.
Cllr Bal Anota, cabinet member for Events and Open Spaces, said: “We’re adding some festive magic to King’s Lynn town centre on the last Sunday in November, with nearly a month to go until the big day we’re going to spread some Christmas cheer.
"Merry Christmas to all our residents and businesses. I hope to see many join us rockin’ around our festive tree in the Tuesday Market Place on Sunday 24 November.”
Vicky Etheridge, BID manager at Discover King's Lynn, added: “We’re looking forward to kickstarting the festive countdown with noise, sparkles and community spirit!
"Come and make a lantern, join the parade and be part of the start of Christmas in King’s Lynn."
