A large emergency service presence will be seen at a city shopping centre this evening for a training exercise.
Police, fire and ambulance crews are taking part in the training at Chantry Place.
The nature of the exercise currently remains unknown but a spokeswoman for the Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service said they would "like to reassure anyone who sees a large emergency service presence in the area that this is not a real incident".

Paul McCarthy, general manager at Chantry Place, added: “We are currently working closely with Norfolk Fire and Rescue and other emergency services to assist in the testing of their emergency procedures.
"These activities are purely precautionary, taking place after the centre closes, and our restaurants on Chantry Square will remain open.”
A similar exercise took place at Norwich Cathedral on Thursday evening.
Photos showed firefighters simulating their tackling of a fire that broke out in a room beneath the cathedral's organ and spread to the base of the spire.
